At Zeya, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and unworn
• Be in its original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in the original packaging
Items that cannot be returned:
• Products that show signs of use
• Items damaged by the customer
• Products returned after the 14-day return window
To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund or exchange.
If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method when applicable. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
